Delivery and Returns Policy

 

1          DELIVERY

1.1        SHANTI³ endeavours to dispatch all Orders received within 72 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

1.2        Once SHANTI³ has received your Order and processed the Order, no further Product(s) may be added to this Order. Should you wish to add further Product(s), please place a new Order and this will be handled as a new Order.

1.3        You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your Order is going to, but also the name of its recipient. We will not be liable for the delivery of your Order as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information. Parcels may require a signature on delivery.

1.4        We will make every effort to deliver your Order within the estimated timescales.

1.5        Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays or higher-  than-anticipated demand. SHANTI³ shall not be liable for any delay or failure by us to deliver your Order within the estimated timescales as a result of such delays. Please note that delivery of your      Order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.

2          RETURNS

2.1        Within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your Order, you reserve the right to cancel your Order.  You are to send to notice of cancellation in writing to contact@shanti3.com and return the Product(s) by post to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. This excludes defective Product(s).

2.2        The return address is to be provided upon notice sending a notice of cancellation to the email address in clause 2.1 (Returns).

2.2        SHANTI³ advises you to return Product(s) by recorded delivery or can show proof of postage for the returned Product(s). If for any reason your returned Product(s) are not received, SHANTI³ cannot process the refund without proof of postage.

2.3        It is essential for our SHANTI³ returns process to include the original packing slip so we can identify this as a return. Failure to do so may result in your refund being denied.

2.4        If you have received a Product which is faulty or not of satisfactory quality, please email the   SHANTI³ customer team at contact@shanti3.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Faulty items reported after this time period will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
